The vendors, after seeking our advice, updated and staged this property before selling. Despite a cool market at the time,we saw 76 groups of buyers come through. We achieved $1.56mil on auction day. A property on the same road with very similar attributes and slightly larger land area that has not been updated sold for $1.38mil that same month - our vendors only spent $30k on renovations. They are very pleased with the result and our service and have offered us a commission bonus.
